There's a bit of magic that happens when a call is answered. Folks calling in for the first time may be nervous. They may have had to overcome a lot of anxiety to even reach out and make the call. Having someone at the other end of the line there to listen, support, and address their questions and concerns can be the deciding factor on whether they become a client, move on to the next provider on their list, or give up on finding a provider.
